Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
The initial inspiration came from shadows reflected on grass. A few months later she devised a process which did not render the chosen object on canvas as an image that was flat. When objects live or a thing that can be eaten, like humans and fruits that they transform into a picture of them. Alexa Meade's paintings are ephemeral and the image remains. Both photographic and painting techniques are so tightly coordinated that the result is an unflat, 2-dimensional space, which achieves trompe-l'oeil. In this, the third dimension can only be seen in specific areas like near the eyes, or near hair. Meade often integrates her model in the environment around her and allows the model to be a part of the context of their own. It eliminates any distinction between painting, photography and installation.
